Jeremy is a seasoned maritime professional with over 16 years of experience, including key leadership roles as both Captain and Owner’s Representative on new builds and refit projects. His expertise spans worldwide navigation, vessel operations, and delivering bespoke charter experiences aboard luxury yachts. Known for his calm demeanor and strong communication skills, Jeremy leads his crew with precision, ensuring that every charter is seamless and every guest feels personally cared for. His extensive charter experience allows him to craft journeys that are not only safe and efficient but also tailored to the unique desires of each guest—whether navigating exotic locations or providing flawless service on board.

Graham has been a chef all his career and younger, learning skills from his grandparents helping in the kitchen. Cooking has always been his passion and after several kitchen jobs during school and college he went to London to work under a top chef who took him under his wing and taught him valuable skills. After that, he became head chef in a small country restaurant on the outskirts of London where he bettered himself and opened his own Mexican restaurant in his hometown of Southport called Feugos. He then moved to Barcelona where he cooked traditional Catalan cuisine next to the famous Bocqueria Market cooking for locals and even Rick Stein. He then decided to try his hand in yachting where he has travelled the world in the last 17 years from New Zealand to the South Pacific, Alaska, South America and most of Europe. He would say he cooks his meals like they were supposed to be cooked in their country which is what he takes pride in. He is extremely skilled and aims to deliver the dishes to guests and transport them to their place of origin.

Alana is a highly skilled Chief Stewardess with extensive experience in both private and charter yachts. Known for her attention to detail and excellent communication, she excels in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for charter guests. Alana expertly manages guest and crew provisions, coordinates events, and ensures the highest standards of service and cleanliness on board. Her ability to balance a structured work environment with a positive, social dynamic ensures a relaxed atmosphere for both guests and crew. Alana’s goal is to provide a memorable and stress-free charter experience, where every detail is tailored to guests’ needs.

Since 2015, Aliya has brought energy, elegance, and precision to yachts up to 90m, delivering seamless guest experiences on both private and busy charter programs. From silver service to shisha, fine wine to floral design, she’s a true all-rounder with a bubbly personality and a can-do spirit.A certified bartender and yoga instructor, Aliya blends professionalism with calm confidence—perfect for high-end guests and fastpaced itineraries.

Kyle is from the small city of Port Elizabeth on the east coast of South Africa. After finishing high school, he set off backpacking through Australia, where his passion for travel and exploring different cultures was ignited. Since joining the yachting world, Kyle has traveled extensively, visiting the East and West coasts of the U.S., the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, Mexico, and Canada. Along the way, he earned his Chief Mate ticket and 200-ton unlimited license, completing several courses to further hone his expertise. Kyle’s passion for the ocean extends beyond his work; he is well-versed in various water sports and is your go-to guy for fun activities onboard. Whether it's sea bobs, wakeboarding, skiing, tubing, paddleboarding, or kayaking, Kyle brings excitement to every adventure.

Baptiste is a passionate and highly skilled Deckhand with a deep love for the sea, nurtured from a young age through fishing, scuba diving, and freediving. His enthusiasm for water sports fuels his commitment to the yachting industry, where he excels in deck operations, maintenance, and safety. With a hands-on approach, Baptiste ensures that every guest enjoys a smooth and secure experience on board. Whether assisting with exciting water sports, overseeing deck maintenance, or managing tender operations, his professionalism and attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere.
